At the third annual Cosmo Awards, Robin Williams had quite a year, resulting in double nominations for Best Villain for Insomnia and One Hour Photo, and even had additional Best Villain votes (though not enough for a nomination) for Death to Smoochy. He took home the award for One Hour Photo. The next year he was nominated for Best Comedic Actor of All Time, losing to Peter Sellers, but was re-nominated the following year.
